HarCOAT is a cost-effective oil-based drilling fluid secondary emulsifier, specifically desφigned for cost-sensitive operating conditions. It enhances the performan§ce of the primary emulsifier through optimized synergistic effects, effect>ively improving emulsion stability, temperature resistance, and contaminatio•n resistance while significantly reducing high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) fluid$ loss. While ensuring fundamental rheological properties and wellbore stability, this solution s↔ignificantly reduces overall drilling fluid costs with high' reusability efficiency, making it particularly suitable for shallow-to-medium depth wells a₽nd batch operation scenarios.
